We collect as little as we can, and we never sell member data.

What we store

Your email address, so you can sign in and get alerts you choose.
Your business profile. Most of it is public; your contact email and phone show only to members you've connected with.
Optional fields like heritage and languages, only if you add them. They are never used to hide anyone from search or for ads.
Your messages, files you share, opportunities and responses. Messages and files are visible only to the people in that conversation.
Connections, vouches, blocks and reports.
Your alert settings and, if you add one, a mobile number for text alerts.
If you join The Good Word newsletter, your email for that list.

Every email has a link to change or stop alerts. We text only if you check the box asking us to. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.

Download everything we hold about you from Me, Account.
Delete your account from the same page. Your profile, business, connections and alert settings are deleted and your messages are removed from view.
California residents: we don't sell or share personal information. Ask us anything about your data and we'll answer within 45 days.

Partner organizations that run a chapter see only what members made public, and only for their chapter.
